A veteran and service member organization
"As a veteran myself, when I was in need, I reached out to different types of veteran organizations. The criteria bar was set so high that I wasn't able to receive assistance. Some of theses organizations, many people have never heard of, nor could you see where they were active in the community. Which was the main reason Ranks of Camaraderie was established.''
"The biggest challenge I face is my skin color and not seeing my family more often."
"We often loose confidence because of the uniform standards and having to be equal when in reality, it's really catered to men's bodies."
"They preach so much about family first but still want you to make the job a priority over everything."
"We as veterans should have a different criteria to go under when buying a house. Why is it so difficult to get a VA loan when we have sacrificed so much for this country?"
"Making the transition out is hard. at first you feel like a million bucks... then lonely. You feel a strange disassociation with everyone around you. All the experiences, bs, and stress that you've been through make you realize civilians stress over small things."
"It's the reintegration into the workplace at a reasonable rate where a pay dip is not taken from transitioning from the military."
